Terms of service
When you are intersted in an item, please choose a shipping method and pay for the item including the shipping fee. We will send the parcel to you within 7 days, after your payment is completed.
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fee, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees maybe collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges if you refused shipments.
The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties
We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.
We will refund you if you return the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lose when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.

Sizing or Fit Issues
Most of our items are hand-made, the finished items maybe vary by approximately 1-3cm in the specified measurements.
To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additonal fabric in the seams to allow minor size modification to be made easily. If you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions, you can contact us directly
Differences in color maybe caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item recieved is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible
